Director of Review Services:
RMC is currently looking for a Director of Review Services to join our team. Must be friendly, professional and experienced!
Job Description:
Supervises and oversees the activities of all associates at the assigned facility while maintaining client satisfaction by performing the following duties:
- Coaches and counsels employees to increase staff efficiency;
- Evaluates overall staff quality;
- Assures that staff have the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively;
- Performs client audits;
- Performs staff coding as neccesary; contributes to staff education process (newsletter articles, presentations, etc) and more!
Required Qualifications:
Must be AHIMA credentialed. Must have Bachelor’s Degree. Must be willing to travel. Must have a minimum of 5 years hospital coding experience.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary range is $60-$80K per year. Full Benefit Package.
